User Risk: App Timeline
Overview
Timelines on app summary pages give you an audit trail that you can use to see what, when, and (if optional notes are added) why changes were made.
What the app timeline captures
Timeline entries include:
- Date and time of the change.
- User who made the change.
- Action — a short description of what changed (e.g. 'updated usage policy to approve’).
- Optional note — a free-text note the admin added in the confirmation dialog when making the change.
