View Trust Center access logs
As you work with external parties, you may wish to check if they have accessed your Trust Center(s). If someone has downloaded a resource, you will see a record of that as well (along with what was downloaded).
The Access log also records access decisions your team makes — such as approving, denying, or revoking access, and counter-signing NDAs.
View the Access log
- Click the Trust Exchange icon from UpGuard’s left-hand navigation.
- Confirm that you are on the Trust Center tab.
- Click the Access log tab.
Each entry shows the action that took place, the person and organization involved (name and email address), the Trust Center it relates to, any resource involved, and a timestamp.
Recorded actions include:
- Trust Center viewed: a user opened a Trust Center.
- Resource downloaded: a user downloaded a document or questionnaire.
- Access approved, denied, or revoked: an admin actioned an access request.
- NDA signed: a viewing user signed an NDA
- NDA counter-signed: an admin has counter-signed a signed NDA
- NDA counter-sign declined: an admin has rejected a pending countersign
- NDA revoked: an admin has revoked an existing signed NDA
Export the Access log
You can export the Access log for reporting or record-keeping. Exports respect any filters you have applied, so you can export just the activity you’ve narrowed down to rather than the entire log.
- Click the Trust Exchange icon from UpGuard’s left-hand navigation.
- Confirm that you are on the Trust Center tab.
- Click the Access log tab.
- Click Export.
- Configure the report format, frequency, and delivery method.
- Click Export to finalize the export.
