Any customer with a valid paid subscription of UpGuard Breachsight & Vendor Risk can create an unlimited number of free users that have read-only access.

A free user has read-only access and they would have access to viewing most of the data in the modules subscribed by the customer with the exclusion of some modules, such as Data Leaks and Identity Breaches.

Following are user access permissions available to a free user:

Note: All the above displayed settings for BreachSight and Vendor Risk are restricted to read only access, and only available if the organization is subscribed to the particular module. Shared Profile settings can be enabled/disabled as required for a free user. If any BreachSight or Vendor Risk settings are switched to Full Access, this user will occupy a paid user license.

The following are some of the premium services that require a paid subscription and are not available to a free user with Read-Only access.

  • Full access to BreachSight module

  • Full access to Vendor Risk module

  • Identity Breaches

  • Typosquatting

  • Creation of Risk Assessment

  • Questionnaire Builder

  • Data Leaks

  • Create managed vendor requests

  • Administrator account access
