Learn how to generate a risk assessment summary report to get an overview of your risk assessment status and activity across your vendors
The Vendor risk assessment summary report is a downloadable PDF that summarizes your risk assessment activity and status across your monitored vendors. It includes information to help you track, follow up and plan your vendor risk assessment activity and program.
The report will give you a useful snapshot to help you:

Track and follow up on the status of you in-progress risk assessments

See which vendors are due for reassessment to help you plan for and schedule reassessments

See which vendors have not been assessed so you can plan for future assessments
Generating the report
The report can be generated from the Vendors screen by selecting Generate report from the top-right corner of the screen:
and then selecting the Risk assessment summary report:
Alternatively the report can be generated from the Reports Library:
Once you have selected the report, you will be able to configure the report to suit your needs. You can select one or more Vendor Portfolios - Only vendors from these portfolios will be included in the final report. You can also refine your set of vendors based on their Risk Assessment Status - you have the option of including or excluding vendors with In Progress and Completed risk assessments, and/or those that have not been assessed yet.
You can also nominate how often you want to receive the report (one off or recurring) and whether you want to save to Reports section only or also receive via email.
Downloading the report
Like all exports in the UpGuard platform, your report will be made available for download via our reports page.. To access, go to the generated reports section and select the assessment summary report.
