Our Risk Report feature generates a downloadable PDF that summarizes the security posture of your organization and it's subsidiaries, and compare the performance of subsidiaries over time. The report is designed to be shared with internal stakeholders who may not be familiar with UpGuard. The language is simple, easy-to-understand, and suitable for non-technical audiences.

It can be configured to include automated scanning results, competitor analysis, subsidiary analysis and comparison, geolocation data, and underlying risk details.

To aid in remediation efforts, the report unpacks your security posture into five categories: website security, network security, brand & reputation risk, email security, and phishing & malware.

Each category outlines the underlying risks, impacted domains, and provides remediation advice with the most severe risks of each category appearing first.

You can generate a BreachSight subsidiaries report by navigating to the Library within the Reports section and selecting the BreachSight Subsidiaries report.

You can choose quick generate which pre-selects report content and sections, or Customise and generate if you want to customise and curate your report content.

If you select customise and generate, firstly you will be able to select whether to include your your organization and your subsidiaries, or subsidiaries only in your report.

Once you have selected your organizaions, you will be able to select what type of information you want to include in your report, based on risk profile information in the UpGuard platform. You can also re-order the report sections according to your specific requirements.

You can then select from standard frequency and delivery options for the report, and then generate the report.

You can also generate a Subsidiaries report when you are viewing any page within BreachSight. by selecting Generate Report in the top right corner of the page.

You can then select the BreachSight Subsidiaries report and follow the configuration prompts as per generating a report from the reporting library (described above).

Like all reports and exports in the UpGuard platform, your report will be made available for download via our Generated reports page.

Keep in mind that by selecting customise and generate, you are able to curate the reporting content to meet your specific needs, as described earlier in this article.
