For organizations that are part of a group and have multi-org entitlements, you can now view the vendor list across your entire group. This helps you better understand the risk associated with your third-party vendors across your entire ecosystem.
Setting Up Vendor List Sharing
To use this feature, vendor list sharing must be enabled for your organization by UpGuard.
By default, once enabled:
-
The parent organization can view the full list of vendors across the entire group.
-
Individual organizations in the group can choose to share their vendor list with all other organizations in the group by adjusting permissions in their settings.
Viewing the Shared Vendor List
To view the shared vendor list:
-
Navigate to the Vendors page in Vendor Risk.
-
By default, you'll see vendors monitored by your own organization.
-
To see the full list of vendors across your group, select "All organizations in your group" from the dropdown in the header.
This will display the combined vendor list for all organizations in your group that have enabled vendor list sharing.
You can also export the shared vendor list (in PDF or Excel), which includes details of all organizations monitoring each vendor.
For each vendor, you’ll be able to view:
-
The average score across organizations monitoring the vendor
-
Which organizations are monitoring the vendor
-
Any shared assets available
Clicking on a vendor opens the multi-org view, where you can see more detailed information for each organization monitoring that vendor, including: Tier, Score, Assessment status, Shared asset details.
From this view, you can also: View shared assets and Request access to any assets you don’t yet have permission to view.
