Overview

The Managed Vendor Risk Assessment Report is a downloadable PDF that summarizes the findings from UpGuard on a completed Managed Vendor request. It includes information to help you track, follow up and plan your vendor risk assessment activity and program.

Prerequisites

In order to download a managed vendor risk assessment report the risk assessment must first be completed. In addition to this if you wish to request and generate a Managed Vendor report through our Third-Party Risk Management service, it is essential to first hold an active Third-Party Risk Management license.

Generating the report

To generate a report first navigate over to a Vendor in the Managed Vendors area that has been marked as completed.

The report can be generated from the Vendors screen by selecting Generate report from the top-right corner of the screen.

When you click on the "Generate report" button, you will see the following screen appear:

Configuring the report

Once you have selected the Vendor Risk Assessment Report, you can choose to Customize the report if you wish to configure sections such as title page, introduction, company profile, assessment summary, risk details, incidents and news, geolocation, conclusion and evidence used.

If you are happy to stick with the default format you can proceed by clicking Quick Generate.

You will be prompted to nominate how often you want to receive the report (one off or recurring) and whether you want to save to Reports section only or also receive via email. Make your selection and to proceed click Generate.

Downloading the report

Like all exports in the UpGuard platform, your report will be made available for download via our reports page.

Note: It can take some time for reports to generate, depending on the amount of data you wish to export. We'll notify you once the report has been generated.
